Ingredients

1jar (13.2 oz.)H-E-B Harvest Moon Artichoke Salad,

2mediumtomatoes, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks,

1cucumber, chopped,

1/2c.H-E-B Shredded Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese,

1/2bagH-E-B Ready Fresh Go! Hearts of Romaine,

Directions

1Layer the artichoke salad with the marinade, tomatoes, cucumber, shredded cheese and hearts of Romaine in a salad bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve. Toss the salad before serving.
