Ingredients

1c.H-E-B Fat Free Cheddar Cheese,

1/2c.H-E-B Fat Free Sour Cream,

4slices (1 oz. each)H-E-B Fat Free Mesquite Smoked Turkey,

2c.H-E-B Ready Fresh Go! Baby Spinach Leaves,

8red bell pepper strips,

Directions

1Combine the shredded cheese and sour cream in a small bowl and season to taste with fresh cracked pepper. Place the turkey slices on a cutting surface. Spread 1/3 cup shredded cheese mixture on each slice.

2Arrange 1/2 cup of baby spinach leaves and 4 pepper strips over the cheese mixture. Roll each turkey slice like a taco and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Before serving, microwave each turkey roll for 10 seconds to melt cheese if desired. Remove the plastic wrap and cut each roll-up in half on the diagonal and enjoy!
