1lb.H-E-B Extra Lean Ground Beef,
1Tbsp.Hill Country Fare Worcestershire Sauce,
2H-E-B Ready Fresh Go! Garlic Cloves, chopped,
1tsp.fresh cracked black pepper,
4tsp.H-E-B Blue Cheese or Queso Blanco Crumbles,
1Combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper, blue cheese or queso fresco crumbles and salt in a mixing bowl and lightly mix. Form into 4 oval shaped patties, place on a dish and set aside.
2Heat a heavy bottom skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Spray the skillet with no stick spray, add the ground beef steaks and pan fry for 3-4 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
