Ingredients

6Granny Smith or Fuji Apples, washed & cored,

1Tbsp.ground cinnamon,

2Tbsp.raisins (8 raisins each),

2Tbsp.Hill Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener,

6Tbsp.Greek Fat Free Yogurt,

1Tbsp.Hill Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener,

Directions

1Place the 6 cored apples into a two-quart microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle ½ teaspoon cinnamon inside each apple where core was removed.

2Stuff 1 teaspoon raisins and 1 teaspoon sugar replacement into each apple. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap. Microwave on High power for 10 minutes. If your microwave oven does not have a rotating bottom, turn the baking dish a half turn after 5 minutes of cooking and then microwave 5 more minutes.

3Carefully remove the baking dish from the microwave oven with potholders. Let apples cool 5 minutes. While the apples are cooling, combine the Greek Fat Free Yogurt and 0 Calorie Sweetener in a small bowl and blend with a fork or wire whip. Top each apple with 1 Tablespoon sweetened yogurt and serve.
