Healthy Cooking from H-E-B
2tsp.Hill Country Fare Olive Oil,
1green onion, thin sliced,
2Tbsp.chopped red bell peppers,
1tsp.thin sliced fresh basil or 1/8 tsp. dried basil,
1slice (1 oz.)H-E-B Premium Deli Black Forest Ham, thin sliced,
1/2c.H-E-B Real Egg,
1Heat a heavy bottom skillet over medium low heat for 2 minutes. Add the olive oil, green onions, bell pepper and zucchini and cook, stirring often for 3 minutes.
2Add the basil and ham strips and cook 1 more minute. Add the H-E-B Real Egg and cook to desired doneness. Season the frittata with salt and pepper to taste.
