Ingredients

*juice of 2 lemons,

4fresh pears, cored and thin sliced,

1box (8 oz.)Central Market Organics Garden Herb Salad Greens,

1/4c.H-E-B Shredded Asiago Cheese,

1/2c.Hill Country Fare Walnut Pieces,

2Tbsp. each:H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Pomegranate Juice,

1/2tsp.H-E-B Dijon Mustard,

Directions

1Combine the lemon juice and 1 cup water in a large mixing bowl. Dip the pear slices in the lemon water and drain.

2Place Garden Herb Greens into a large salad bowl and layer with the dipped sliced pears, Asiago cheese and walnuts. Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

3Combine the olive oil, pomegranate juice and Dijon mustard in small bottle with lid. Shake the dressing and toss into the salad before serving.
