1Tbsp.Hill Country Fare Crunchy or Smooth Peanut Butter,
1Combine the apple slices and lemon juice in a zipper bag and toss. This prevents apple from turning brown and add flavor. Arrange the apples in a circle on a small plate and scoop the peanut butter in the center. This makes a great snack when you have to have something crunchy.
