1/2pkg. (12 oz.)fresh or frozen whole cranberries,
1Tbsp.grated fresh orange peel,
1small navel orange, peeled, sliced across sections, and separated,
1Combine sugar, water, and cranberries in 4-quart saucepan with cover. Bring mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium low. Continue cooking for 15 minutes. You will hear cranberries popping.
2Stir in orange peel and sections. Allow relish to cool.
