2 ½ to 3Tbsp.fresh cracked pepper,
4 to 6H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Garlic Cloves,
½c.H-E-B Olive Oil,
4(8 to 10 oz. each, ¾ -inch thick)H-E-B Natural Angus T-Bone Steaks,
1red onion, peeled and cut into ½-inch slices, rings separated,
1green bell pepper, seeds and stem removed, cut into strips,
1Combine salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil in a food processor bowl. Blend for 30 seconds or until garlic is chopped.
2Press and rub pepper blend on both sides of each steak and place in a tray or dish. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to grill.
3Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F). Place steaks on grill rack. Cook each side for 6 to 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches desired degree of doneness (medium-rare 145°F, medium 160°F, well-done 170°F).
4Spray a vegetable grill rack or mesh with olive oil. Arrange onion rings and bell pepper strips on rack and season with salt and pepper. Spray with olive oil nonstick cooking spray and grill for 4 minutes or until golden. Serve grilled onions and peppers with steaks.
