2thick cut steaks,
2tsp.Adams Reserve Truffle Salt,
1tsp.coarse black pepper,
1Preheat grill to medium high heat. Spray with cooking spray.
2Season the steaks with 1/2 tsp. of truffle salt on each steak, then season with black pepper.
3Grill for 3 – 4 minutes on each side. After steaks are done cooking, top each steak with 1/2 tsp. of butter and sprinkle with remaining truffle salt. Let rest for 5 minutes prior to serving.
