1H-E-B Frozen Pound Cake,
¼c.H-E-B Butter, cut into slices,
¼c.Central Market™ Organics Brown Sugar,
½tsp.Central Market® Organics Cinnamon,
3c.H-E-B Creamy Creations® Vanilla Ice Cream,
½c.H-E-B Cajeta Caramel Spread,
1Thaw pound cake according to package directions, cut into 12 slices, and arrange on a baking sheet.
2Peel pineapple and cut it into 14 slices (cut 2 of the slices into small chunks for garnish). Combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a microwave-safe dish and microwave on high power for 30 seconds or until butter melts. Brush pineapple slice with sugar sauce and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
3Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F). Spray a vegetable grilling rack with nonstick cooking spray and arrange pineapple slices on the rack over the hot grill. Grill for 2 minutes per side and set back on the foil-lined baking sheet.
4Grill pound cake on the grilling rack for 1 minute on each side. Arrange pineapple slice on a plate, top with a slice of pound cake, and drizzle with 1 teaspoon caramel spread. Garnish with the remaining pineapple chunks. Enjoy! You can also serve with a small scoop of ice cream if desired.
