Oil and Vinegar Cake

1 1/2c.White flour,


1/2tsp.Baking soda,

1/2tsp.Baking powder,

1/4tsp.Kosher salt,

2Large eggs,


1/2c.Ottavio Greek Olive oil,

2tsp.Adams Reserve Orange or Lemon Peel,

2Tbsp.Adams Reserve Balsamic Reduction,


1Preheat oven to 325°F. Oil and flour a metal loaf pan.

2 Whisk in together the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

3Next, Whisk together eggs, milk, olive oil and orange peel. Gradually combine the wet into the dry ingredients. Transfer into the loaf pan.

4Bake cake until tester comes out clean, about 1 hour. Cool cake in pan for a few minutes, then on a rack top side up.

5Serve with ice cream and drizzle with Balsamic Reduction.
