Oil and Vinegar Cake

1 1/2c.White flour,


1/2tsp.Baking soda,

1/2tsp.Baking powder,

1/4tsp.Kosher salt,

2Large eggs,

3/4 c.Milk,

1/2c.Ottavio Greek Olive oil,

2tsp.Adams Reserve Orange or Lemon Peel,

2Tbsp.Adams Reserve Balsamic Reduction,


1Preheat oven to 325°F. Oil and flour a metal loaf pan.

2 Whisk in together the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

3Next, Whisk together eggs, milk, olive oil and orange peel. Gradually combine the wet into the dry ingredients. Transfer into the loaf pan.

4Bake cake about 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake in pan for a few minutes, then on a rack top side up.

5Serve with ice cream and drizzle with Balsamic Reduction.
