4c.cream or stock,
1/2c.grated Grana Podana cheese,
1Bring four cups of heavy cream or stock to a boil and whisk in 1 cup polenta. Whisk briskly then reduce heat to a low simmer.
2Stir frequently until polenta is tender and creamy. Add in extra liquid if desired.
3In last two minutes of cooking add grated Grana Podana cheese and whisk in completely.
