Cooking Connection
Ingredients
1 package whole wheat naan bread,
1/2 shredded Mahon Cheese,
1/2 Tbs. Roberts Reserve Roasted Red Pepper Relish ,
1 Tbs. butter,
Directions
1 Place a pan over medium heat.
2 Add butter and let melt, tilt to coat, and in a separate pan sauté.
3 Meanwhile, cut each piece of naan bread in half, spread relish on one side of two slices of bread.
4 Top with cheese, and other piece of bread.
5 Place the sandwich in the pan and let cook for 2 minutes per side.
