Ingredients

1package whole wheat naan bread,

1/2shredded Mahon Cheese,

1/2Tbs.Roberts Reserve Roasted Red Pepper Relish ,

1Tbs.butter,

Directions

1Place a pan over medium heat.

2Add butter and let melt, tilt to coat, and in a separate pan sauté.

3Meanwhile, cut each piece of naan bread in half, spread relish on one side of two slices of bread.

4Top with cheese, and other piece of bread.

5Place the sandwich in the pan and let cook for 2 minutes per side.
