Ingredients

12jumbo foil cupcake liners,

2bananas, thin sliced,

1/2c. H-E-B Orange Juice,

1bagHill Country Fare Sugar Cookie Mix,

1/2c.Hill Country Fare Crunchy Peanut Butter,

1qt.H-E-B Creamy Creations® Chocolate or Vanilla Ice Cream,

1/2c.Hill Country Fare Peanut Butter, creamy or chunky,

Directions

1Insert the foil liners in a 12-place cupcake pan. Dip banana slices in orange juice, drain, and set aside.

2 Prepare sugar cookies using peanut butter in place of butter and also adding the extra flour for cut-out cookies. Roll the dough out to 1/4 inch and use a 2-inch biscuit cutter to cut out cookies. Bake for 12 minutes. Set aside on a wire rack to cool.

3Allow guests to build their own Mini Elvis Dessert Sliders as follows: Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on the bottom side of a sugar cookie and set it peanut butter side up in the foil cupcake liner. Top the cookie with 2 banana slices and 1/4 cup of chocolate or vanilla ice cream. Press another sugar cookie on top and enjoy!
