12tart shells (3-inch),
1can(14 oz.) Hill Country Fare Solid Pumpkin,
2H-E-B Large Eggs, beaten,
½c.H-E-B Dark Brown Sugar or Hill Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener,
1½ tsp.pumpkin pie spice,
¾ c.H-E-B Half and Half, regular or fat free,
1aerosol can Hill Country Fare Real Dairy Whip,
1Heat oven to 350°F. Place tart shells on a foil-lined baking sheet and set aside.
2Combine pumpkin, beaten eggs, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and half-and-half in a mixing bowl; stir to blend well. Fill each tart shell with ¼ cup pumpkin filling.
3 Bake tarts on center oven rack for 25 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
