Ingredients

3lb. sweet potatoes or yams, peeled and cut into 1-inch round slices,

1lb. Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced,

1c.chopped sweet yellow onions,

2Tbsp.finely chopped fresh ginger,

4Tbsp.H-E-B Butter,

¼c.H-E-B Blossom Honey,

¼tsp.Central Market® Organics Ground Korint Je Cinnamon,

¼tsp.Central Market® Organics Ground Cayenne Pepper,

*salt,

Directions

1Heat oven to 450°F. Line a roasting pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

2 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and season to taste with salt. Spread mixture in prepared roasting pan and roast for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
