Ingredients

1fresh golden pineapple, peeled and cut into 1-inch slices,

1/2c.Central Market All Natural Dessert Spice Rub,

4c.H-E-B Creamy Creations® Vanilla Ice Cream or Pineapple Sherbet,

1/4c.H-E-B Cajeta Milk Caramel Spread,

Directions

1Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375┬░F. Spray a vegetable or mesh grilling rack with nonstick cooking spray and set on a tray.

2Cut each pineapple slice into 4 wedges. Sprinkle both sides of the pineapple wedges with the Dessert Spice Rub and place on the prepared grilling rack.

3Grill the pineapple slices for 3 minutes on each side with the lid down. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or sherbet and a tablespoon of caramel spread.
