2bags (16 oz.)H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Potato Slices,
1Tbsp.H-E-B Texas Originals Steak Seasoning,
4Tbsp.H-E-B Olive Oil,
12slicesH-E-B Center Cut Sliced Bacon, each slice cut in half lengthwise,
•Queso Dipping Sauce:,
1/2c.H-E-B Easy Melt Cheese,
1/4c. each:chopped tomato and onion,
1jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (optional),
1Heat gas or charcoal grill to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil, insert grilling mesh, spray with no-stick cooking spray, and set aside.
2Place bag of potato wedges in microwave oven and cook on high for 6 minutes. Remove potatoes from package, sprinkle with steak seasoning, and toss in olive oil.
3Wrap potato wedges with thin slices of bacon, secure with a toothpick. Arrange potato wedges on grilling mesh and grill for 8 to 10 minutes or until potatoes are golden and bacon is crisp.
4While potatoes are grilling, combine dipping sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in microwave for 1 minute on high power, stirring once halfway through the cooking time. Serve dip with potatoes.
