Black Bean Soup with Sour Cream

2cans (15 oz.)black beans,

1/2cupdiced onions,

1/2cupdiced ham,

1Tbsp.light olive oil,

1container (32 oz.)H-E-B Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth,

2tsp.H-E-B Texas Originals Borracho Beans Spice Blend,

1container (8 oz.)sour cream,


1Puree 1 can of black beans. Set aside.

2Sauté onions and ham with olive oil in a 2 quart pot for 3 - 5 minutes.

3Add pureed beans and can of whole beans. Pour in chicken broth.

4Add seasoning and boil for 15 - 20 minutes. Reduce heat and whisk in 8 ounces of sour cream.
