2poundsFully-Cooked Beef Brisket, diced,

1jarCanyon Tomato Basil Soup,

1can (15 ounce)diced tomatoes,

1can (15 ounce)jalapeño pinto beans,

1cupsliced sweet onion,

1/2cupdiced poblano pepper,

2TablespoonsAdams Reserve Sliced Garlic,

1TablespoonAdams Reserve Ancho Chili Powder,

1teaspoonAdams Reserve Chipotle Chili Powder,


1Place diced brisket, Canyon soup and tomatoes, including juice, in a 6-quart pot over Medium-High heat. Bring to a boil.

2Rinse and drain beans, if desired. Add beans, onion, poblano pepper, garlic and chili powder, as desired. Reduce heat to Medium-Low and simmer, uncovered, 10 to 20 minutes
