1Cut cabbage into 4 wedges, leaving core intact to hold wedges together.
2Steam cabbage 8 minutes, covered, on a rack over a small amount of rapidly boiling water.
3Melt butter in a small skillet over Medium heat.
4Cook 3 to 4 minutes until butter turns brown for a rich nutty flavor.
5Remove from heat immediately.
6Stir caraway seeds into butter.
7Drizzle over cabbage and serve
