2tbsp.unsalted butter or margarine,
1green onion, chopped,
1clove of garlic, peeled and chopped,
1/2teaspoonrosemary leaves, finely chopped,
1can(14 1/2 oz) Hill Country Fare Cut Beets: no salt added, drained,
1Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2Add onion and cook for 3 minutes or until onion is golden brown.
3Add garlic and rosemary to onions and cook for 1 minute.
4Add beets and lemon juice to onion mixture and stir to combine.
5Cook 2 more minutes until beet mixture is heated throughout.
6Season to taste with cracked black pepper
