2 cups white flour,
1 teaspoon baking powder,
1 teaspoon salt,
1/2 cup shortening,
2/3 cup warm water,
1 Place flour, baking powder, salt and shortening in bowl, mix.
2 Add warm water, knead with one hand until dough is well mixed.
3 Form into medium size balls; roll out each ball into a thin circle.
4 Cook on hot griddle, cooking one side for about one minute, then turn and cook the other side completely until well done.
