1orange, peeled and sliced into bite-size pieces,
1jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped,

1can(14 1/2 oz) HEB whole beets, drained and rinsed,
1/4cupblush or French vinaigrette dressing,
1Place all ingredients in a medium-size bowl; toss to coat.
