Ingredients

1poundH-E-B Pinto Beans (2 cups dry),

6stripsH-E-B Fully Cooked® Bacon,

1(12 ounce) containerprepared pico de gallo,

1(12 ounce) canbeer, regular or nonalcoholic,

2cupsWhite Wings Flour Tortilla Mix,

Directions

1Cook beans according to package instructions.

2After exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes of cooking the beans, add the bacon, prepared pico de gallo and beer. Continue to cook the beans uncovered for the additional 30 minutes or until beans are tender. Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight.

3Prepare 12 flour tortillas according to package directions using the 2 cups of the flour tortilla mix.
