White Smoked Salmon Pizza

1(3 oz) Vita Nova Salmon, cut into 1-inch squares,

1small Roma tomato, chopped,

1/2cupsliced mushrooms,

1roll(10 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust dough,

1/2cupFive Brothers Alfredo Sauce,

1 to 2cupsshredded mozzarella, to taste,

*red pepper flakes, to taste,


1Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

2Prepare pizza toppings. Separate salmon slices and cut into pieces. Chop tomato and slice mushrooms.

3Prepare crust according to directions on pizza dough package.

4Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over dough and top with tomato, mushrooms, salmon and mozzarella. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes as desired.

5Bake 12 to 15 minutes on a rectangular baking sheet in the upper third of the oven.

6Check pizza at 12 minutes and remove when edges of crust are golden, or continue to cook as need since ovens may vary.
