Tilapia With Lemon Caper Sauce

6tilapia filets,


2Tbsp.minced shallots,

1/2cupflour, seasoned with salt and pepper,

1/4cuplemon juice,

1/2cupwhite wine,

1/4cupcapers, drained and rinsed,


1In a large skillet over medium heat pan sauté fish filets in butter.

2Remove fish and keep warm.

3In the same skillet add shallots plus 1 teaspoon of seasoned flour.

4Sauté shallots and flour for 5 minutes.

5Add lemon juice and wine. Simmer until sauce is slightly thickened.

6Add capers to sauce and spoon sauce over cooked fish.
