4Alaskan Salmon Steaks, (approximately 6 - 8 oz each),
1/4cuploose brown sugar,
3clovesfresh garlic, minced,
1 1/2tablespoonfresh ginger, minced,
1In a baking dish, combine brown sugar, oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
2Place salmon in dish.
3Turn fish several times, coating salmon with marinade on all sides.
4Refrigerate 30 to 45 minutes.
5Remove salmon from marinade.
6Cook on foil sheet on medium hot grill, turning once during cooking, about 10 minutes per inch total cooking time.
