2Tbsp.Fresh lime juice,
1lb.(10-15 ct.) peeled and deveined shrimp with the tail end,
1On a grill or in a grill skillet, char peppers until black. Place peppers immediately in a bowl and cover with plastic for 5 minutes.
2Place oil, lime juice, water, garlic and cilantro in a food processor bowl.
3Once peppers are ready, peel skin, slice open and remove seeds. Add to processor. Puree ingredients until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4Skewer shrimp and prepare grill.
5Once grill is hot and ready, cook shrimp and constantly baste with sauce
