1French stix bread, cut into lenghtwise halves,
1/3cupmayonnaise: regular, low calorie or fat free,
2cupsshredded jalapeno jack cheese,
1(6 ounces) pouchH-E-B Chunk Light Tuna,
1large tomato, sliced or chopped,
1Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
2Spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
3Spread mayonnaise or oil on each French bread half.
4Layer with half of shredded cheese, onions and flaked tuna; season with tomato and remaining shredded cheese.
5Place sandwich halves on prepared baking sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted golden and sandwich is thoroughly heated
