1pkg. (13 oz.)H-E-B Great Catch® Spicy Catfish Strips,

1pkg.Angel Hair Slaw (finely shredded cabbage),

3/4cupH-E-B Mayonesa Con Lima,

1can (4 oz.)Hill Country Fare Hill Country Fare Green Chiles, drained,

1pkg.Mi Tradición Corn Tortillas,

*Hill Country Fare Butter Flavored Cooking Spray,


1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Heat catfish strips according to package instructions.

3While fish is in the oven, in a large bowl combine slaw, mayonesa and chiles.

4Place a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking spray. Warm tortillas on both sides.

5When fish is hot, build tacos with fish and slaw in a warm tortilla.
