8Large poblano peppers split lengthwise with seeds and ribs removed,
1can (19.75 oz.)H-E-B sabor tradicional flor de calabaza soup,
1Combine rice, fish and cheese in a mixing bowl.
2Fill peppers with mixture and lay in a microwave safe casserole dish.Cover with plastic wrap.
3Microwave on high at 3 minute intervals until peppers are tender andsteaming. Leave covered and let stand for five minutes.
4Meanwhile warm soup in microwave following package instructions.
