2Tbsp.Hill Country Fare Minced Garlic,
2Tbsp.dried thyme leaves,
2Tbsp.fresh lemon zest,
2/3Tbsp.H-E-B Olive Oil,
1Preheat oven to 450°F.
2Combine garlic, thyme, lemon zest, salt, pepper and olive oil to make a paste.
3Place fish skin side down on a non-stick baking sheet.
4Spread herb mixture over fish. Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes until fish is flaky.
