1/2 cup Harriet's® Texas Ranch or Zesty Cilantro Dressing,
1 pound H-E-B Wild Alaskan Salmon Fillets or Chicken Tenders,
1 Heat a large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add Harriet's Dressing of choice to the skillet and either the salmon fillets or the chicken tenders.
2 Pan-fry the salmon or chicken tenders for 2 to 3 minutes on each side (until the fish flakes easily or until the chicken tenders juices run clear).
