122.75 ounce boxH-E-B Great Catch Original Crunchy Fish Fillets,
112 ounce packageH-E-B red or yellow tostada shells,
18 ounce packageH-E-B shredded jalapeno jack or cheddar cheese,
2cupsH-E-B fresher lasting salsa,
15 ounce packageangel hair shredded cabbage,
116 ounce packageH-E-B fresher lasting avocados, sliced,
1Heat oven to 475 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
2Arrange frozen fish fillets on prepared baking sheet and bake according to package directions. Cut each cooked fish fillet into 8-inch pieces.
3Place 12 tostada shells on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle 2 Tablespoons of shredded cheese on each tostada and heat in oven 2 to 3 minutes. Place 4 pieces of a cooked fish on each tostada and top with 2 Tablespoons Fresher Lasting Salsa. Top with 1/2 cup shredded cabbage and 2 slices of avocado.
