1cupH-E-B sour cream, regular low fat or fat free,
1/2cupCrumbled feta cheese with sun-dried tomatoes and basil,
3clovesH-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic chopped,
8oz. (1/2 pkg)H-E-B cappelini pasta,
1pkg (16 oz.)Frozen H-E-B broccoli normandy,
4cupsFrozen hill country fare easy peel raw shrimp, medium size peeled & deveine,
1In a large bowl, combine sour cream, feta cheese and garlic. Season to taste with salt & black pepper. Set mixture aside.
2Add pasta to boiling water, but after the first minute of boiling, add Broccoli Normandy and shrimp to boiling pasta. Allow water to return to a boil and cook pasta mixture for 2 to 3 more minutes. Drain pasta mixture thoroughly.
3Add hot pasta mixture to sour cream mixture and toss gently. Serve immediately
