Ingredients

2poundspeeled and deveined tail-on raw shrimp,

1cupbaker's coconut,

1cupall purpose flour,

1/2teaspoonpaprika,

1/8teaspoonpepper,

3/4cupbeer,

Directions

1Combine flour, paprika, pepper and beer.

2Stir with a whisk until smooth.

3Hold tail of shrimp and immerse into batter.

4Roll shrimp in coconut.

5Deep fry at 375 degrees F for two minutes or until light golden brown
