2whole, live American lobsters, 1 1/2 pounds each,
2lemons, cut into wedges,
1Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil in a 10 to 12-quart pot; add sea salt.
2Drop lobsters into boiling water. Bring water back to a boil, then cover pot, reduce heat to medium and cook lobsters 10 minutes.
3Pour into a large colander to drain. Serve lobsters on large plates with melted butter and lemon wedges. Provide lobster or nut crackers and lobster or seafood forks to remove lobsters from shells.
