Balsamic Salmon with Pasta and Vegetables

1(2-2.5) lbs.Atlantic salmon fillet,

1c.H-E-B Balsamic Marinade,

1bag (16 oz.)H-E-B mediterranean blend frozen vegetables,

2boxes (4.7 oz.)Pasta Roni Butter and Garlic Flavored Pasta,

•salt and pepper, to taste,


1Pre-heat oven to 425°F.

2Place salmon fillet on a non-stick baking sheet, and season with salt and pepper. Spread with balsamic marinade. Bake fish uncovered for 15-20 minutes until fish is done.

3While fish is cooking prepare pasta and vegetables according to package instructions, season vegetables with salt and pepper. Serve fish with vegetables and pasta.
