1Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Season fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.
2Place fillets in baking dish. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Spoon sauce evenly over tops of fillets.
3Bake about 8 minutes, or until fish turns from translucent to opaque (white) and just begins to flake when tested with a fork. Do not overcook fish.
4Remove fillets from oven; sprinkle with cheese and olives. Return to oven briefly, 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
