Baked Crispy Flounder

1poundflounder fillets,

2 1/4tablespoonvegetable oil,

*dash of pepper,

1/3cupseasoned bread crumbs,


1Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Season fillets with pepper then dip in oil and coat with bread crumbs.

2In a lightly oiled shallow baking dish, arrange flounder in single layers.

3Bake 10 minutes with no turning or basting.
