1 1/2tablespoonsweet pickle relish,
1 1/2tablespoononion, chopped,
3English muffins, split and toasted,
1medium-sized tomato, cut into 6 slices,
6slicesAmerican, cheddar, Swiss, or Monterey Jack cheese,
1Combine tuna, dijonnaise, pickle relish and onion in a medium-sized bowl; mix well.
2Heat oven to broiler setting.
3Line a baking sheet with foil.
4Spread 1/3 cup tuna mixture on each toasted muffin half and place on foil-lined sheet pan.
5Top each tuna muffin with a tomato slice and cheese.
6Broil tuna melts on middle oven rack for 2 to 4 minutes until cheese melts
