8slicesdark rye bread,

1/2cupreduced fat Thousand Island dressing,

3/4poundcooked thinly sliced H-E-B Premium Corned Beef,

1(28.5 ounce) canGundelsheim Sauerkraut, drained,

8thin slicesH-E-B Swiss Cheese,



1Drain half of sauerkraut well in a strainer or colander.

2Assemble sandwiches by spreading 1 tablespoon dressing on each bread slice. Place equal amounts corned beef and sauerkraut onto 4 slices bread. Cover each with 2 slices Swiss cheese. Top with remaining 4 bread slices.

3Heat a large nonstick skillet over Medium heat. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet. Grill two sandwiches in skillet about 8 minutes, turning as needed, until crusty and warm throughout. Remove sandwiches to a plate and keep warm.

4Add remaining 1 tablespoon butter to skillet and repeat process for two remaining sandwiches.
