Ingredients

6oz.Rice Vermicelli, dried,

1headRomain Lettuce, rinsed, dried and sliced into 1 1/2-inch strips,

1Cucumber, peeled, seeds removed and chopped,

1/2cup each:Basil, Cilantro & Mint Leaves,

1pkg (12 oz.)H-E-B Fully Cooked Asian Style Beef,

1/3cupHill Country Fare Spicy Hot Peanuts, chopped,

Directions

1Prepare rice vermicelli according to the package directions, drain and place in a large salad bowl.

2Add lettuce, cucumber, basil, cilantro, mint leaves and dressing to the cooked noodles and toss to combine.

3Heat the H-E-B Fully Cooked®; Asian Style Beef according to package directions and serve over the tossed salad mixture. Top with chopped peanuts and serve
