Spinach & Orange Salad

26 ounce bagsbaby spinach trio salad blend,

112.3 ounce jarH-E-B Harvest Moon mandarin oranges,

1/2red onion, thinly sliced,

1/3cupwalnut pieces, toasted,


1tablespoonsalad oil,

1tablespoonBertolli white wine vinegar,

1tablespoonfrozen orange juice concentrate,

1tablespoonKelley honey,


1Heat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees.

2Drain oranges. Slice red onion; cut slices in half and separate rings.

3Toast walnuts on a small baking sheet 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.

4Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.

5Combine salad blend, oranges and red onion in a large bowl. Toss with dressing and season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with toasted walnuts and serve
