2(4.5 ounce) packagespeppered smoked Alaskan salmon,
2(10 ounce) bagshearts of romaine,
1/2cupCaesar salad dressing,
1cupgarlic or Caesar croutons,
1/4cupshredded Parmesan cheese,
1Pull skin from salmon and discard. Chop salmon or flake apart with two hands.
2Toss romaine with dressing, croutons, cheese and salmon in a large bowl. Serve immediately.
