1/2cuproasted sunflower kernels,
1cupshredded cheddar cheese,
1smallred onion, finely chopped,
4slices bacon, cooked, cooled and crumbled, optional,
4c.uncooked broccoli florets, cut into bite-size pieces ,
1/2cupCanyon Foods Bacon Vinaigrette dressing,
1Combine dressing ingredients in a large serving bowl.
2Add broccoli, crumbled bacon (if desired), red onion, cheese and sunflower kernels. Toss to coat.
