1cupH-E-B Instant Long Grain Rice,

1(15 ounce) canseasoned black beans, rinsed and drained,

1large tomato, chopped,

1cupchopped celery,

1/2cupchopped cilantro,

1/3cupvinaigrette salad dressing,


1Prepare rice according to package directions and cool.

2Combine rice, beans, tomato, celery, cilantro and salad dressing in a large bowl; toss to coat ingredients. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
