Ingredients

1bagfresh Tri-Color Cole Slaw,

1bag (8 ounce)Fresh Express Lettuce Shreds,

1tubReady, Fresh, Go! chopped celery & onions,

1can (16 ounce)black-eyed peas, rinsed & drained,

1tub (4 ounce)crumbled feta cheese,

1jarCanyon Bacon Vinaigrette,

*salt & pepper, to taste,

Directions

1Place coleslaw and lettuce shreds in a large salad bowl.

2Rinse and drain black-eyed peas. Toss peas, cheese and vinaigrette with greens. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

3Chill 30 minutes, if time allows, or serve slaw at room temperature.*may substitute black beans or other canned beans, as preferred
